Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with small teams to deliver basic work packages
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures
- Evaluate escalations and take appropriate action to ensure customer demands are met
