About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist for Operations to join our team at Jobleads-US. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers in the defense, intelligence, and civilian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) and relevant Joint Task Forces to synchronize efforts as required.
- Work closely with assigned units to understand their specific requirements and report operation capability gaps for software and technology at the unit level.
- Attend and maintain situation awareness on Area of Responsibility (AoR) level working groups as it pertains to Mission Command and C2 efforts.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical support positions and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
