Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult behavioral health patients.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- License: Active RN License in WV or Compact License (Pending License Acceptable).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Nursing.
- Certifications: BCLS, CPI, First Aid (CPI/First Aid can be obtained during orientation).
Other Details:
- Work in an inpatient behavioral health unit.
