- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
- Assisted patients with registration and check-in processes
- Collected and input patient demographic and financial data
- Communicate with insurance providers regarding coverage and authorizations
- Handled patient inquiries, concerns, and billing questions
- Process patient payments and manage financial documentation
- Ensured compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies
