Job Title: Program Manager

Mandatory Experience:--

Required Education

•         Bachelor’s degree (College or University).

Preferred Education:

•         MBA or advanced degree (a plus).

Preferred Certification:

•         PMP certification (strongly preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills

•         Identity & Access Management (IAM) – PAM, IGA, IAA.

•         Data Protection (DP), Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management.

•         Experience with software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

•         MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Clarity PPM.

•         PowerBI/Tableau (for reporting).

•         Managed budgets (250M–250K–3M) with internal/external labor.

•         Experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and budget optimization.

Job Description

•         Lead execution of high-priority cybersecurity projects (PAM, IGA, IAA, DP).

•         Define project scope, goals, and success metrics with stakeholders.

•         Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

•         Develop project plans (schedules, resource allocation, budgets).

•         Ensure compliance with SDLC and Change Management processes.

•         Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (business tech teams).

•         Provide performance feedback to leadership on project staff.

•         Foster teamwork in a global, hybrid work environment.

•         Track project spend, submit forecasts (Clarity PPM), and optimize budgets.

•         Participate in annual planning for cybersecurity initiatives.

•         Maintain project artifacts (charters, status reports, RAID logs).
