The responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering telephone and email leads by responding to leasing inquiries
- FOLLOWING UP WITH PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER
- SCREENING, REVIEWING, AND QUALIFYING PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS AND COMPLETING REQUIRED PAPERWORK
- COMPLYING WITH ALL STATE, LOCAL, FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING AND ADA LAWS
- MAINTAINING PROSPECT, TRAFFIC, AND LEASING DATA
- PREPARING ALL LEASE RELATED PAPERWORK IN AN ACCURATE AND TIMELY MANNER FOR MANAGER APPROVAL
- HANDLING MARKETING FUNCTIONS
The requirements for this role include:
- A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LEASING AND/OR SALES IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE, WORD, EXCEL, AND OUTLOOK
- EXPERIENCE WITH YARDI MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE PREFERRED
- A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL SKILLS AND TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE
- ORGANIZED AND ENERGETIC
- ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE
