An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Texas and I are seeking a Design Manager, for the development of a vast and ambitious Ultra-Luxury Community development in Austin, Texas.
The overall development will be well in excess of $500m, and in terms of Longevity of employment, there will be at least 10 years of development.
This is very much a customer facing role, and you will work with them in their Design Selections for Ultra Luxury Custom Homes. Your will oversee the on-site Design Center, managing finish selections, interior design processes, vendor coordination, and construction administration while ensuring integration of design elements into development projects.
Prerequisites for position
- Min 6 years relevant experience.
- Significant ultra-luxury single-family developments/communities.
- Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills.
