Overview :
The Pittsburgh Cambria Downtown is looking for part-time and full-time Room Attendants to join the team!
Responsibilities include :
- Cleans and returns vacant dirty rooms to a clean status. Cleaning includes : light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows and window coverings, floors and carpets, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
- Stay over service to be completed for all rooms daily.
- Keep cart stocked and organized.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and with laundry as needed.
- Communicate maintenance needs.
- Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Report any guest complaints to a supervisor immediately.
- The timely report of and return of lost and found items for processing.
- Follow all key control procedures.
- Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
