As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments and issuing room keys
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
