Summary
The Reprographics MFD (Multi-Function Device) Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's fleet of reprographic equipment. This includes printers, copiers, scanners, and other multi-function devices. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the fleet, managing vendor relationships, and implementing cost-effective strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
Responsibilities
- · Fleet Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and repair of all reprographic equipment.
- · Vendor Management: Manage relationships with equipment vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support.
- · Cost Management: Monitor and control costs associated with the fleet, including supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
- · Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the fleet to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- · User Support: Provide technical support and training to users to ensure they can effectively operate the equipment.
- · Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all equipment, including location, usage, and maintenance history.
- · Compliance: Ensure all equipment complies with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- · Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Requirements
- · Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- · Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably with reprographic equipment.
- · Technical Skills: Strong understanding of reprographic equipment and related technologies.
- · Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve fleet performance.
