Ability to perform the following tasks: Book Assembly, Tab inserts, the use of print Fiery software, Wire-o Binding, Tab inserts, Saddle stitch, 3 Hole ring, mini size books, Trim customized materials utilizing an electronic cutter.- Ability to assist with Job Intake responsibilities if needed
- Handle time-sensitive material and maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working in a high-pressured environment
- Ability to deal with complex print instructions
- Ability to adapt to fast base deadline driven print environment
- Must maintain high productivity and accuracy ratings
- Consistently adhere to business procedures and guidelines
“The pay range for this position starts at $18.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality print styles in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing high-speed digital printers
- Ability to operate various print equipment and high-volume printers such as (Xerox, Konica Minolta, etc…)
- Perform multiple finishing types: wire-o, velo, 3-hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, and cutting
- Ability to use electronic/manual cutter for customized print projects
- Setting up and operating a variety of fiery printing software
- Ability to perform duties in highly interruptive conditions and under time constraints
- Attention to print details
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move between production devices to load and unload
- Troubleshoot machine problems, resolve them if possible, notifying technicians
- Ability to lift heavy paper boxes and finished print products
