Position Purpose
To assists with various tasks within a finance department to gain practical experience and understanding of financial operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Help in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts by collecting data, updating spreadsheets, and preparing presentations.
- Financial Modeling: Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate various financial scenarios and investment opportunities.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with processing invoices, verifying expenses, and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with Financial Analysis: Support financial analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to aid in decision-making processes.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Collaborate on special projects assigned by finance managers or supervisors, which may involve researching financial trends, benchmarking against industry

• Regular weekday (Monday-Friday) remote attendance/availability is required during
core business hours
• Knowledge and intermediate experience in Excel. (Vlookup,Sumif, pivot)
Education, Work Experience and/or Licensure
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
