Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Compliance Analyst / Administrator opportunity available in Arlington, VA. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Compliance, this position will be vital in the administration of Cambridge corporate ethics and compliance program. Candidates considered for this position may have video and in-person interviews and an excel and PowerPoint challenge to validate skills.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Arranges, conducts, and monitors compliance testing and controls
- Supports compliance audits, and investigations
- Generates analyses and reports containing results of compliance testing and delivers to VP Corporate Compliance and Executive management
- Informs VP Corporate Compliance of any compliance violations
- Supports development, maintains, and tracks delivery of compliance training content and programs
- Processes paperwork for VP Corporate Compliance according to established procedures.
- Prepares internal employee communications on Compliance and policy such matter.
- Reviews internal systems, controls, and processes and identifies ways to resolve regulatory gaps and deficiencies.
- Assists with the implementation of new and updated compliance systems, standards, processes, procedures, and policies.
- Provides ongoing monitoring of compliance information systems and processes.
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as company policies, procedures and internal controls.
