We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology team. This role supports the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment and contributes to the design, development, and maintenance of system enhancements that drive business efficiency. Preferred Skills
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.

Essential Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as generating reports, maintaining dashboards, and assisting with regular system audits.
- Build and maintain custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views under the guidance of senior administrators.
- Assist in evaluating, documenting, and implementing new development requests in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
- Participate in designing and developing business process automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automation processes that integrate with Salesforce functionalities and external systems.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into efficient and scalable workflow configurations.
- Support data import efforts using tools like Salesforce Data Loader or DataLoader.io with oversight from senior team members.
- Help implement data validation rules and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity in incoming data.
