This is a key position as an experienced, full-time maintenance and renovation technician.

- While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand / walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Drive to different sites everyday, including single-family homes and apartment buildings throughout San Diego County
- May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.
- May work in areas with exposure to moderate / high noise levels.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
- May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
- Be responsible for your work doing the maintenance and / or renovations of the properties that we service.
- Be aware of the condition of physical property throughout the properties we service and immediately report and / or correct unsafe conditions or notify of unusual events / conditions that may cause potential unsafe conditions.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and some HVAC. Know how to paint and do drywall repairs or installation. Have 3-5 years experience in at least one trade Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Framing, Carpentry, Welding, HVAC, Masonry, or Stucco.
- Perform scheduled daily / monthly / quarterly preventative maintenance tasks, documenting results and initiating corrective action as needed.
- Follow through on work orders, detailing action taken with photos and providing appropriate sign-off upon completion of task. Ensure that all repairs and / or renovations are completed correctly and on schedule.
- You may need your own basic power tools (list can be provided), and painting and drywall equipment along with the specialty tools / equipment used with your trade. Be able to use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to : hand tools, pressure washers, paint sprayers, shampooers, blowers, sandblasters, ladders, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment.
