Position Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00
Paid time off:
- An accrual of 80 hours Vacation.
- Up to 6 paid sick days per year. (varies based on state sick leave laws)

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting internal legal tracking, document coordination, and project follow-through. This position requires a highly organized and resourceful individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and follow up across teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update weekly trackers and pull relevant reports and data to maintain accuracy.
- Run meetings based on a set agenda and ensure timely follow-up on discussed items.
- Generate reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Monitor follow-up items, deadlines, and outstanding requests across multiple departments.
- Oversee internal databases and assist with document version control and recordkeeping.
- Support project-based tasks assigned by leadership, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Create and route Management Agreements for signature and final execution.
- Pull key terms from agreements and organize them for internal use or reporting.
- Assist with organizing legal documentation and maintaining communication logs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Experience in legal support, contract tracking, or affordable housing preferred.
Must be able to complete all required training within thirty (30) days of hire date.
