Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity with 24 hours per week of partial and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) work for adults and 16 hours per week of adolescent partial and IOP work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care and treatment to patients of various age groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning sessions
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:
Daytime hours, 40 hours per week. Part-time work may be considered.
