AVAILABLE POSITION: Full-Time Armed Security SupervisorCambridge Security is seeking a highly motivated Post Commander with experience managing at least 30 employees. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the security team submits timesheets accurately, and maintaining a smooth and efficient security operation.
Qualifications & Experience:✅ Armed Security Experience: Minimum 4 years (Preferred)
✅ Supervisory Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
✅ Licenses/Certifications:
- D License (Required)
- G License (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
🔹 Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and exterior)
🔹 Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
🔹 Ensure smooth access control and egress management
🔹 Investigate and prepare reports on incidents, accidents, and security breaches
🔹 Enforce security protocols by warning violators or reporting infractions
🔹 Respond promptly to emergencies, including calling police/fire departments when necessary
🔹 Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and customers
