AVAILABLE POSITION: Full-Time Armed Security Supervisor

Cambridge Security is seeking a highly motivated Post Commander with experience managing at least 30 employees. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the security team submits timesheets accurately, and maintaining a smooth and efficient security operation.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Armed Security Experience: Minimum 4 years (Preferred)

✅ Supervisory Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)

✅ Licenses/Certifications

• D License (Required)
• G License (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
  
  

Job Responsibilities

Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and exterior)

Monitor CCTV and alarm systems

Ensure smooth access control and egress management

Investigate and prepare reports on incidents, accidents, and security breaches

Enforce security protocols by warning violators or reporting infractions

Respond promptly to emergencies, including calling police/fire departments when necessary

Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and customers

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Age: Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state law)

Legal Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal work authorization

Flexible Schedule: Ability to work different shifts as needed

Pass All Company Driving Requirements

• Must pass a mental health assessment
