Automotive General Manager

We are currently looking for an Experienced Automotive General Manager! We are a used vehicle operation with nothing but upside and growth potential. We have a great sales and service facility (internal work), we just need the right person to come in and create a culture of success. The ability to put in proven processes to create a profitable environment is key to this position. Knowledge of fixed operations to add to the dealership’s bottom line is necessary to lead and teach the team. We provide the necessary tools to succeed, you must be the leader to make it happen.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.

· Assume full responsibility of profitability in ALL departments

· A passion for growth, improvement and excellence is a must!

· Setting a clear vision and goals for the Variable and Fixed Operations Department to achieve targeted performance.

· Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance staff

· Have deep understanding of company policies and procedures and holding employees accountable.

· Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.

· Analyzing the business to determine opportunities and developing action plans to improve performance.

· Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

· At least 2 years Automotive General Management experience required

· Experience in maintaining the profitability of the dealership while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction

· Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors

· Seven years or more of progressive management experience

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
