Job Title : Regional Professional Development Coordinator, North America
Salary : $57,900 - $81,100
Location : Remote (ideally Florida) or considering the NYC area
Contract : Full time, Permanent
Our North America team is looking for a Regional Professional Development Coordinator to support the professional development program. You will be responsible for the effective planning, promotion and organisation of Cambridge face-to-face and virtual professional development courses for teachers and school leaders.

About the role
Professional development is a key part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment's offer to our customers. The North America market is eager to attend events and this role is essential in providing that service. This role is responsible for :
- Event management - manages the event planning process from planning to execution to post event analysis.
- Event support - attends events and troubleshoots throughout, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders
- Reporting and budget tracking - ensures all expenses are paid and accounted for and tracks and reports on KPI progress
- Process improvement - always seeks to improve the ways we work and make our processes more efficient
- Team support - works closely with colleagues in the global professional development and regional implementation teams to improve our offer and ensure we're responsive to customer needs
About you
As our next Regional Professional Development Coordinator, you are extremely organized and results driven. You have excellent communication skills, and you feel at ease in front of internal and external customers. You are able to build, track, and execute an event plan.
