Customer Focus : Identifies customer needs and expectations and responds to them in a timely and effective manner.
Job Skills : Possess sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner and be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations.
Planning : Develops the steps necessary to accomplish goals and establishes realistic plans to reach them. These steps include allocating required resources, planning for contingencies and setting milestones to measure progress.
Safety : Understands every safety practice expected by Mon Health. Engages in practices that decrease the risk of accidents, injuries or equipment failures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency with administering a variety of routine patient care procedures acquired through on-the-job training. Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
Heavy Work : Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and / or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and / or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.
