Description
- Manage and supervise the performance of business applications.
- Plan and implement upgrades or installation of new applications.
- Identify and resolve problems with applications.
- Coordinate with software providers to ensure regular updates and maintenance.
- Understand user needs and ensure applications meet these needs.
- Train users on the use of applications and create user manuals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of applications using metrics and analytics.
- Work with the IT team to ensure application security and data privacy.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in applications and industry developments.
- User account management and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of application design and software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, etc.)
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest software developments and trends.
- Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS software.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Experience with M365 applications.
