Position Summary
The Information Technology (IT) Intern will assist the IT team in providing first-level IT support to approximately
75 Camden Coalition staff members while helping ensure compliance with a broad range of data security policies. Reporting to the Associate IT Director, this position supports the IT department's role as the backbone of the Coalition's operations-facilitating seamless communication, efficient workflows, data-driven decision-making, and innovative solutions that enable organizational growth and adaptability in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk and first-level technical support to the organization.
- Coordinate tasks and processes with other staff members.
- Assist with auditing and inventory management of all Coalition information assets.
- Support logistics and technical preparations for Coalition activities, workshops, and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain up-to-date records.
- Pull and compile reports from various data sources to support organizational needs.
