QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective performance of responsibilities in a technology-related role
- Works closely with system personnel and school leadership, particularly with Student Information System (SIS) Support Specialists and in administering and maintaining student information software i.e. scheduling / creating classes in the grade book program, grade reporting, transcripts and attendance
- Provides operational data and feedback as necessary to school level staff, administrators, and SIS Support Specialists
- Performs the usual office practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office
- Use office machines and equipment in an efficient and productive manner including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Student Information System
- Establishes and maintains an efficient filing and retrieval system for assigned area
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding student and school system affairs
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
