Job Title: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Reports to: PRODUCTION MANAGER/PLANT MANAGER
Job Summary: This role will be assisting the Production Manager to oversee a team of manufacturing plant employees while enforcing safe and productive work procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee operations to ensure safety.
· Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
· Manage production.
· Create and manage budgets.
· Train new employees
· Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste.
· Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes.
· Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement.
· Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage.
· Perform routine safety checks on equipment.
Qualifications:
· Ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
· Ability to lead a large team.
· Strong attention to deal
· Multitasking and time-management skills
· Interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail.
· Knowledge of latest safety laws and regulations
· Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations

Work Environment:
We are a Battery manufacturing company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works with and near large machinery and equipment daily, the employee will be exposed to a variety of Health and Safety hazard and will be required to ALWAYS adhere to all Health and Safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Due to physical demands, employees might be required to lift objects from time to time and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
