Consult with customer on applicable service specials. Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians. Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle. Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times. Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs. Build strong relationships with the customers. Qualifications / Requirements - Service Advisor : Service Advisor Experience Preferred Customer Service Experience Required Hyundai / KIA / Import experience a plus Strong customer service skills Problem solving and active listening skills CDK experience a plus Able to work well with others in a team atmosphere Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong written and oral communication skills Please upload your resume, Completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
