- Full-Time status benefitsHow I can Create Guests for Life : Smile!Assist the Maintenance Manager and Engineering Director in developing effective procedures to improve maintenance operations.Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks, and handles, etc.).Make notes and recommendations using pre-established check sheets.Assist in ordering essential supplies and equipment for the facility.Attend weekly staff meeting, and other meetings as assigned.Maintain an efficient, cooperative atmosphere among staff members.Is this the job for me : Must be at least 18 years of age to applyCandidates with a maintenance background, who enjoy a diverse work environment and a variety of tasks.5 years tangible maintenance experience required with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of systems such as : plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, chemical feeder, HVAC, electrical. General abilities with carpentry, drywall, and finish workAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures / instructions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
