1st Shift Maintenance Technician
Location : Hazelton, PA
Schedule : 6 : 00 am - 4 : 20 : pm
Pay rate : $29.00
Duties :
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment in a timely, complete, and cost-effective manner.
- Perform duties to maintain production machines and other facility equipment.
- Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance.
- Reports findings to management.
- Complete work orders and update the maintenance tracking system.
- Identifies and recommends corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.
- Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended downtime.
- Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, including rectifying immediate dangers.
- Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping, and plumbing.
- Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders / maintenance managers.
- Other related duties as assigned.
