We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for replying to guest inquiries, responding to chargebacks, tracking, and processing incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining communication with clients and guests regarding payment discrepancies.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports and provide updates to management as necessary.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of payment-related matters.
- Work through and respond to Guest Inquiries and the timely response to Chargebacks.
- Assist Income Audit with daily reconciliations of various GL accounts in support of producing the daily Income Journal
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for monthly close.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security policies.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
