What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ambassador position at Camelback Resort?
Job Title: Ambassador
Department: Guest Relations
Reports to: Ambassador Supervisor/Rental Manager
Paid to do what: Ambassadors meet, greet and guide our guests throughout the resort.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet our guests in a warm and friendly way
- Direct and assist our guests with the arrival and departure process
- Be knowledgeable about the entire resort to answer any guest questions
Next Level Duties:
- Assist guests in use of ticketing kiosks.
- Expedite the moving of guests through the arrival process and into the park.
- Assist with the bag check process.
- Assist guests at the entrance gates with any ticket issues.
- Monitor the exit/re-entry gate.
Must Have Personal Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older preferred.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment with changing weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
