Job Title: Mountain Adventures Activities Supervisor
Department: Camelback Mountain Adventures (CMA)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Mountain Adventures Supervisor will oversee daily attraction operations and inspections of Mountain Adventures as well as the Snowtubing Park.

- Ensure that operations follow all safety protocols as outlined in Service Guidelines and manufacturer manuals.
- Perform all operational audits for Mountain Adventures and Snowtubing
- Supervise staff within Mountain Adventures and Snowtubing to ensure that all areas are operational at a level consistent with demand.
- Assume lead role in absence of the Operations Manager
- Communicate all pertinent operational information to Operations Manager and Management Team in a timely manner.
- Perform and monitor safe work practices for the department.
- Aid with guest issues and resolve problems effectively in alignment with the 4 keys.
- Ensure that all necessary repair, maintenance, and general supply needs are communicated to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all daily inspections are completed prior to attractions opening.
- Assist in the operation of attractions as business and staffing levels dictate.

- Basic knowledge of general adventure park and snowtubing operations (preferred).
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to be certified to perform all necessary rescues including Tree Top and High Angle (preferred).
- Ability to be certified as a Treego rescue guide trainer (preferred).
- Ability to be certified as a state amusement ride inspector.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
