They are run different processes in MFG. Some is repetitive, they runs some MTO (Variant Config) and the rest is make to stock. They also mfg some product to Semi-Finished goods, the finish the product depending on what the customer request. The consultant needs to be understand all aspects of PP. On the MM side, the need to understand MRP, Material Master Views that pertain to MM and PP, Inventory Management and purchasing of RAW materials.
