Position Responsibilities :
- Document Management : Develop, refine, and maintain contract templates and precedents for life sciences transactions
- Training & Development : Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver educational programs for attorneys
- Industry & Legal Monitoring : Track regulatory updates affecting biotech, medtech, digital health, and related sectors, preparing internal reports and practice updates
- Thought Leadership : Contribute to publications, conferences, and other industry engagements
- Practice Support : Assist attorneys by curating resources, templates, and best practices
- Innovation & Process Improvement : Participate in projects focused on knowledge management and technology integration

Salary : $220,000 - $350,000
