Position Overview
As a Life Sciences Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's Corporate group, focusing on transactional work in the life sciences sector. You will work closely with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, drafting and negotiating strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of deals and the growth of the firm's life sciences practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device space
- Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process
