Life Sciences Associate Attorney (Washington D.C.)
Direct Counsel is seeking a highly skilled Life Sciences Associate to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm's Corporate group, focusing on transactional work within the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with expertise in Life Sciences, including experience in drafting key contracts such as license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel to biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients on strategic licensing and transactional agreements.
- Draft and review complex contracts including license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements.
- Work closely with clients to support their business strategies in the Life Sciences sector.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various legal disciplines to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide innovative legal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and help clients navigate complex legal landscapes.

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 per year, depending on the candidate's geographic location, experience, and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k), is offered.
