What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead multi-shift print production operations , ensuring maximum efficiency,  quality, and on-time delivery .
• Implement  Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies  to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Mentor and develop  a high-performing production team, fostering a  culture of continuous improvement and accountability .
• Maximize press utilization by  streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining top-tier quality standards .
• Collaborate with leadership to drive  strategic improvements  and  position the company as an industry leader in offset printing .

What We’re Looking For :

Proven leadership experience  in offset printing production within a high-volume environment.

Expertise in  Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
