Camgian is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who is both a creative thinker and a dependable doer. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The coordinator will also be responsible for establishing relations with vendors and marketing agencies. Must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders, teammates, and other departments to create effective communication strategies that articulate our products’ core benefits properly and consistently
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
- Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials
- Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies
