Job Summary :
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven LA&D Intern to assist our Land Development department with finance and market study tasks. The Development Intern’s responsibilities include providing support in the development of financial modeling tools, business processes / procedures, in addition to assisting with special projects. A LA&D Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assist with creating reports for the company’s land acquisition strategy.
- Prepare and present analysis on business strategy / optimization and people management for meetings.
- Assist with implementation of electronic file management systems and the accurate transfer of data.
- Assist with land development budgeting and financial modeling.
- Provide support in analyzing trends in data.
- Offer insights from lessons and concepts learned during undergraduate study that could aid the company’s workflow and objectives.
- Assist with all other duties as assigned.
