Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the revenue growth goals of each division and the overall company.
- Develop dynamic revenue forecasts and financial models tailored to specific divisions or communities, incorporating market trends and pricing dynamics.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through ancillary services (e.g., mortgage, title, insurance).
- Analyze financial data utilizing our proprietary pricing tool and other industry market research related to home sales, pricing strategies, and market conditions to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Produce detailed financial reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to monitor performance against revenue targets.
- Present financial insights to stakeholders across departments to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor revenue streams and address challenges such as optimizing pricing for house plans, options or inventory across divisions.
- Adjust revenue strategies based on market conditions, housing trends, and economic factors impacting the homebuilding industry.
- Evaluate current revenue processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, or enhancement. Lead implementation of recommended opportunities.
- Create business cases for new revenue initiatives or system enhancements.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, construction, and accounting teams to align revenue goals with broader business objectives.
- Support internal audits by providing accurate documentation related to revenue processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends such as market cycles, customer demand shifts, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel including experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of homebuilding industry trends and ancillary service operations (e.g., mortgage/title/insurance).
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in reporting and analysis.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Management, or other related field required.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as a financial analyst in revenue analysis or financial planning.
- Advanced knowledge of market analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
- Strong working knowledge and proficient in SalesForce and JDE.
- Homebuilding or Real Estate Industry experience strongly preferred.
