Camino Search has partnered with an industry-leading $500 million revenue SaaS business. The company is seeking an experienced and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join a dynamic, high-growth organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and subscription-based revenue models, with the ability to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This individual will play a key role in providing actionable insights, improving financial performance, and supporting critical initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the company’s subscription-based revenue streams, with a focus on ARR metrics.
- Own the ARR reporting framework and ensure accurate and timely tracking of subscription revenue performance, including renewals, churn, and new business growth.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute revenue forecasts, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription-based revenue.
- Analyze and report on revenue trends, customer behavior, and business performance to help senior leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and long-term growth plans.
- Provide insight into the financial impact of business decisions, particularly with regard to customer lifetime value (CLV), churn rates, and contract renewals.
- Monitor and evaluate cost structures, ensuring profitability targets are met while optimizing subscription revenue and margins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the quarterly and annual business planning processes, including budget preparation and variance analysis.
