ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Representing the company, by ensuring the customer comes first, and that field projects are maintained on track and supported in a professional manner while delivering excellent levels of customer service.
- Ensures compliance with our Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
- Undertakes and regularly updates all training associated with the role including external mandatory H&S training as directed.
- Completes training on the Installation / Commissioning and general servicing of standard High Voltage products to be installed regionally within North America.
- Working within live Substations and network facilities, primarily within the designated region.
- Installation and commissioning of standard High Voltage products.
- General service and maintenance duties involving the standard High Voltage products.
- Reports to Field Service Manager on work carried out, work orders and service appointments.
- Compiles and issues reports on work carried out to the Operational Officer.
- Maintain constant communication with Field and Operational functions, enabling efficient & timely planning and scheduling of works.
- Communicates and aligns with the wider team, reporting on customer satisfaction throughout including post work.
- details are received and passed on for verification and analysis.
- Completes repair and calibration of Profile P3 handsets as per Camlin processes
- Assists with Shipping and Receiving as directed by the Field Operations manager.
- Up to 70% travel may be required to carry out duties as assigned
- A positive, can-do attitude, keen to learn and develop your skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
- IT proficient with good documentation management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work weekends as required; must be able to travel within the specified region and possibly to other customer locations as and when required, therefore a current passport and driver’s license are essential.
