About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Business Analys t to lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions within the utility or related industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) projects, along with expertise in analytics solutions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and experience with Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
What You'll Do
- Perform review of customer provided processes and create reports and recommendations.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and capture personas, use cases and requirements
- Support sales team through the development of high-quality solution documentation and presentations
- Support software solutions in documenting and communicating the business needs and requirements to other internal teams
- Participate in feature acceptance to validate that the features delivered match the business needs
- Review and participate in revision of online help and user guides
- Document proposed customer processes.
- Document proposed project delivery processes.
- Create and maintain deliverables and documentation for software services teams
- Support Training group in design and creation of new content
- Manage digital document libraries for software services
- Provide administrative support to project and delivery managers
- Communicate regularly with customers by phone and email to update them on support cases.
- Provide live support to customers and internal teams.
- Create work instructions and training documentation to support customers.
- Capture quality issues and raising internal support tickets.
- Preparing trip reports, presentations and reports outlining progress, deliverables, and areas for improvement.
