We're looking for a Front Desk Associate to work part-time/full-time on both weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing reception, answering phones, sales, pet grooming, animal care, and is capable of performing cleaning duties, as well as caring for our animals.

Responsibilities
- Understand and follow all safety regulations.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Protect the health and safety of animals and customers alike.
- Ensure all animals have ample space, food, and exercise.
- Clean kennels, feed, and water animals.
- Follow proper hygiene procedures when handling animals.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and behavior around the animals.
- Make and take phone calls.
- Provide and easy introduction for all new clients.
- Make sales of all relevant services.
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- A sales and service driven mindset.
- (Preferred) Experience in animal care and handling.
- Must love dogs.
Salary : $10 - $12
