Location : Camp Bow Wow Rockaway - Rockaway, NJ
Camp Bow Wow Rockaway is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales / Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team of 40. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. If you have a passion for dogs and a knack for customer service, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from entry to exit.
- Manage dogs as they transition from the front desk to the play areas, handling them with care and attention.
- Promote and sell our services, including upselling add-on services to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Handle multiple phone lines, process check-ins, and manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including assisting with cleaning up after the dogs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining composed and effective even during busy times.
