We are looking for mid and senior level project manager’s with experience in supporting project development from estimation through final invoicing. Strong field knowledge of interior capital improvements for rooms and common areas, solid financial management and project controls skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to work with the external client and our internal field execution team is needed. How you will contribute to our TEAM:
- Our Hospitality Project Managers are focused on working with targeted clients to support the evolution of long term national client relationships. PM is responsible for supporting that effort from project inception through proposal development, contract negotiation, project setup, field execution, final invoicing and post job audits. We have a highly disciplined set of protocols for the entire project life cycle that the PM manages and ensures implementation. The goal of the PM is to deliver all projects from the initial project onward with the client in a manner that drives our team to be their preferred supplier of renovations across their portfolio.
- Schedule and financial management of the project from start to finish. Oversee the resources assigned to your projects including Superintendent and Finite sub partners.
- Conduct well designed WIP assessments including regular safety and quality inspections.
- Assist superintendents in solving complex construction and code problems as well as subcontractor relations issues.
- For all assigned jobs:
- Set up budget for project – oversee and manage financials – forecasting – and schedule progression development
- Oversee buyout for each project and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Spot-check payables weekly.
- Set up POs and COs
- Lead pre-construction meetings; inspect jobsites periodically; ensure timely and accurate change order management with client and, ensure customer satisfaction through job completion; assist sales team with facilitating collections as needed.
- Provide weekly/ monthly forecasting of projects.
- Create increased profitability through optimized work execution and creative cost-saving measures along with scope expansion opportunities once on site.
