Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires proficiency in project scheduling, contract management, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and changes.
- Prepare reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools and construction management software is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
