We’re a traveling ministry focused on bringing camp to rural communities in East Tennessee and Virginia. Together, we provide a free, week-long day camp experience to kids who wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to go to camp—and we need passionate, driven people like you to make it happen.

When does it start?
Staff training kicks off Sunday, May 25, 2025.
When does it end?
Your summer of impact wraps up Saturday, August 2, 2025.
Do I get time off?
Yep! You’ll have weekends off from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon to rest, recharge, and explore.
Is it paid?
Yes! You’ll earn $400 per week, plus meals and housing are included.
What about housing and transportation?
You’ll stay in the communities where we are hosting camp during the week, and we’ll also provide housing for weekends if needed. Don’t worry about driving—our team handles all transportation to camp locations.
Will I get training?
Absolutely. Two weeks of intensive training will cover everything from leadership to child development, plus ongoing weekly training throughout the summer.
Do I need to be United Methodist?
Nope! While we’re a ministry of the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church, we welcome staff from all Christian backgrounds.
Who will I work with?
You’ll be part of a dream team of college students, church volunteers, and youth leaders, led by our incredible Director.
