Are you a swim instructor or lifeguard looking for a summer position? We are a Bergen county based day camp is looking to hire lifeguards for 8 weeks this summer. This position is excellent for high school or college graduates looking to fill their summer with a great experience or seasoned professional. Competitive salary! We are looking for individuals with:
- Previous experience working with children.
- Current lifeguard certification (or in the process of receiving lifeguard certification)
- Passion for working with kids ages 4-9
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
- Accepting of diversity in culture, race, sexual orientation, religion, gender identity, and ethnicity
- Ability to seek and accept supervision and guidance
- Enthusiasm, good judgment, patience, adaptability and self-control
