Camp Laurel South is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Athletic Director to join our leadership team for the summer. This role supports the Athletic Director in overseeing athletics programming, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment for campers and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of all athletic programs and activities.
- Support and mentor staff to maintain a fun, safe, and instructional atmosphere.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
- Help organize intercamp games, tournaments, and special events.
- Serve as a role model and leader for both campers and staff.
Qualifications :
This is a seasonal, residential position , requiring a commitment for the full summer session. Room, board, and competitive salary provided. Must be at least 22 years old or graduated from college.
